Partnership & Sponsorship

We don't sell visibility. We enable participation in the ecosystem.

Partner with Community Stack to engage directly with the engineers, leaders, and organisations shaping modern technology.

Operate at the centre of AI, Cloud, DevOps and Platform ecosystems through continuous, community-led engagement across events, content, and global communities.

Why organisations partner with Community Stack

Sponsorship Hierarchy & Priority

Our sponsorship tiers work together as a transparent, fair structure. Here's how priority works across the ecosystem.

Hierarchy Order

  1. 1.

    Global Headline

Highest priority across all ecosystems, communities, and conferences

  2. 2.

    Global Platinum

Broad ecosystem presence across all surfaces

  3. 3.

    Category Headline

Primary voice in a chosen technical domain

  4. 4.

    Category Platinum / Gold

Visible within their category, behind Headline

  5. 5.

    Community Headline

    Primary community-level presence

  6. 6.

Community Platinum / Gold / Supporter

    Local visibility within individual communities

  7. 7.

    Conference Sponsors

    Event-specific presence

Key Rules

  • Global sponsors always take priority over category, community, and conference sponsors.
  • Category Headline sponsors lead within their ecosystem but defer to Global sponsors.
  • Speaking slots, intro opportunities, and branding follow tier order.
  • First-right of renewal protects committed partners.
  • Higher-tier sponsors cannot be displaced by lower-tier sponsors within the same cycle.
  • Sponsor exclusivity by category is available upon request.

Community Engine

The operating system for technical communities.

Community infrastructure has been fragmented, overpriced, and underbuilt for too long. Community Engine replaces the disconnected stack of tools that organisers depend on today — events, ticketing, speakers, sponsorship, memberships, analytics, and discovery — with one unified platform built from the ground up for communities that want to operate at scale, not just survive.

Core capabilities:

  • Event management, RSVP, and conference operations
  • Ticketing, QR check-in, and attendee tracking
  • CFP and end-to-end speaker management
  • Sponsorship engine with package builder, CRM, and ROI dashboards
  • Memberships and recurring monetisation
  • Community microsites and branded web presence
  • Discovery directories for communities, speakers, venues, and partners
